As you have Sky Glass as well as having Sky Go Extra you also need to have the Sky Glass Whole Home package before you can use the Sky Go app on a console as it states here:

For Sky Go Extra you’ll need a Sky Multiscreen subscription or a Sky Glass Whole Home subscription
