Possibly since the last update, I am suddenly unable to download anything from SkyGo to my laptop (Windows 11).
Nothing has changed on the device so what has changed on SkyGo? All I get is Error message, DO-0.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The problem, I am told, is known by the developers and is being looked into. They said it should be fixed at the next update. When asked when that would be, they couldn't say. No rush then guys. You broke it, shouldn't you be fixing it asap?
