Downloading to tablet on sky go

How can I download content either from sky or my sky q to sd card as not enough space on internal memory. Netflix and prime can both be set to sd card

Sky Go downloads can't be set to a SD card I'm afraid.

Why isn't it possible to download to SD card, and is there any plans to change this?
at this time of year I download NFL games recorded on my Q box to my tablet to watch on the train on the way to work, and each download pretty much puts my tablet in low memory mode.

If we could download to the SD card it would mean I could have a better viewing experience.

Just bought a sim card as my tablet memory is rubbish.

I now realise you are not allowed to down load to sim.

Presumably a memory card rather than a Subscriber Identification Module which have negligible storage capacity (a few kilobytes)

Downloading to removable storage has never been permitted: best guess is this is a content rights management thing (possibly insisted on by the rights owners) but Sky never comments officially.
