Downloading recorded shows to a laptop

Does anyone know how to download a show/event, e.g. UFC 300 tonight, to a laptop to watch at a normal houir tomorrow?

It's not possible to do so directly.  Where the subscription has the Sky Go Extra add-on, some content recorded from live broadcast to a Sky+ HD or Sky Q box can be transferred to Sky Go on a mobile device.
