Downloaded movies are playing blurry…like a CRT TV resolution from 30 years ago. Sky Store and Prime are the same...I have tried both. Sky service checker is showing no problems at all and Google Speed Test is fine. Anybody else having issues tonight?

Hiya ours is doing the same on Disney which is being streamed using sky broadband, on our LG tv pixelling frequently

Same issue here. Unsure if it's trees blocking my dish but maybe not if others are having the same issue.

Prime Video and Disney+ are not Sky apps.

If they are on a Sky platform (Q, Glass or Stream) it's best to post in the forum for the specific Sky hardware.

Satellite dish reception is unrelated to apps, which are entirely delivered online.
