Download sky film to iPad

I am want to download a film to my iPad so I can watch it on a flight. It saysI haven't set up a pin to my device. Have tried to follow the instructions but nothing is happening. Any ideas? I do have a pin set up on my TV but cannot find a way to use this on the iPad.
