I recently changed from Multi room to Sky Go Extra and now none of my devices will link to my Sky Q therefore I cant Download anything to the tablet/phone or computer and I cant view the recording

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMultiscreen is required so you can connect the Sky Go app to your Sky Q box so as you cancelled this then you will have lost your ability to do this.

Thank you ( I was told by a sky employee that I could continue to watch recordings on my phone if I took out sky go extra when I cancelled the multiroom and had to return all the boxes, so that was helpful. ) Thank you for confirming what I suspected. I'm off to cancel the sky go extra
