Connecting Your Application, We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001)."

Dear all.

 

This message has started to appear on my brand new MacBook Pro. I appear to have tried all the recommended approaches but this wretched entirely unhelpful message continually appears. I can still use Skygo woth no problem using the App on my iphone. This appears to be a commonly encounted issue. I would be immensely grateful for any insights to solving the bothersome issue.
