I have subscribed to Sky Stream and yesterday I could watch sky on my xbox.

My puck arrived today and signed in, however now on xbox cant watch anything at all. Just get need to upgrade error 1204.

I can watch sky on my laptop and phone with no issues.

Looked on my account and cant see Sky Go Extra?

I dont understand as it was working absolutely fine yesterday.

@Charlster Have you got the whole home monthly subscription on your account (which replaces sky go extra) which is required to watch via Xbox on sky stream

Prior to installation Sky gives you free access to Sky Go but since installation you will need Sky Go Extra on your account as the 1204 error means it isn't on your account.

For Sky Go Extra you will need a Sky Multiscreen subscription or a Sky Glass Whole Home subscription or you can pay the monthly cost of £5 for it. It can also be free if you are a Sky Mobile customer or via Sky VIP as a reward. So give Sky a call who will work out the best way to get it added to your account.
