Cant Manage Devices anymore in the Sky Go App - Technical Issues

Hello all,

 

Well after purchasing a  new iPhone I proceeded to 'Manage Devices' to remove the old phone and add the new...

 

For the past week all I've been getting is a Technical Issue, which isn't good as I need to remove a device

 

Also tried deleting the App and reinstalling and still same message, so something is def up with the App

Found  a solution 

 

Went in through our Sky Website account and removed the device

You don't actually need to remove devices with Sky Go because when you register a new device it will automatically remove the oldest unused device.

 But I would rather remove my previous phone and replace with my new one, which I've had the option to do on many occasions. 

 

The old unused slot may still be used if my daughter decided to watch something so that should not be removed without my consent. 

Need this technical issue to be resolved
