Cannot set Sky Q to record from the Sky Go app, no option available

Can't find an answer on this. I recently changed from Sky Stream back  to Sky Q and  I've been trying to record things on my SkyQ box but setting it up from the SkyGo mobile app , I have multiroom  with 1 mini box

The only option I get from tv guide on the Go app is "this programme can only be watched at the broadcast time"

This option was available when I had Sky Q before I got Sky Stream, 

Anyone advise please

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Still not resolved, I was given a number to ring and eventually got transferred to someone who seemed to help. I was told should be sorted in 72 hrs but problem still persists

I was told it was probably because my Sky ID was still linked to my cancelled

Sky Stream account and I am now back on Sky Q

Would really like to get this sorted
