Cannot get sky go app to work on my phone

Sky go app will not work. Says it needs to connect to internet. Then says it needs authorised.  All other apps like Netflix paramount are connecting and playing ok. Just sky go will not work

Are you using a VPN on your phone because if you are it will need disabling when you go to use Sky Go.
