Cannot access sky go not even in product settings from my sky to check for devices

It's been 5 day's since I last posted and still nothing from Sky, still getting sky go Error code 0-01 on my husband's tablet or any device for that matter and still unable to view my details and billing information within the sky.com website in my account. 

help??
