Cannot access sky go not even in product settings from my sky to check for devices

For over a year I have been unable to access sky go, not even from the tablet we purchased from sky for the purpose of accessing sky when away from home. In sky's many attempts to resolve this issue, I have now lost access to manage my devices from my sky app. Now I just get an error code. At the end of another lengthy phone call with sky to try and resolve this, they asked me would I like to upgrade my devices. It I not bad enough that I am already paying for a device to watch sky go that I cannot access, they want me to upgrade to a better device to not be able to watch sky go on. Lossing patience with sky

So what is happening when you try to use the app on this tablet ?

Error code on tab and all devices is 0-01.  Have tried uninstalling amd reinstall, tried going through everything sky customer services as asked me to do.  This error code evertime I try amd play anything.  As for accessing product setting from my account, clicking on sky go to manage devices will not load only displays server error if I try and open.

I tried the link and it says oops something went wrong you cannot access sky go devices at the moment.

I believe the 0-01 error is a wrong subscription error so have you ever left Sky in the past and was away for at least a year before retuning ?

I have been with sky for over 10 years, I got a sky glass 2 years ago and had problems with sky go since.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

They replied with my Sky ID being a sky email address is causing conflict. I had a phonecall last night and they apparently changed it to a different email but I don't believe it worked as I didn't receive an email nor can I still watch anything on SkyGo or view my Bills within my account.

What error message are you seing with these ?

On sky go it comes up with error 0-01 still and on sky's website it just comes up with a general error saying; 

Sorry, something has gone wrong

Please try again later.
 
 
then yeah can't do anything and it's also been like that for a year. It will however still give me the option to pay sky money if i so choose to do so, obviously.
