Can you watch sky go on the xbox

I have downloaded the sky go app onto my Xbox. I was told when purchasing sky Q that this was a feature. I rang and he says I need multi screen or a box for another room. In other words pay extra. I was not told this when getting the package. I was informed that once I had an account I could watch from Xbox or PlayStation

Thats correct if you want to watch via a games console. You need Sky Go Extra, rather than just Sky Go

You can use Sky Go on other devices like a PC/Mac, phone or tablet without the need for Sky Go Extra but to use it on a console you do need multiroom which will come with Sky Go Extra for free.

I was told this also, now they say I have to pay an extra 7.50 a month for multiscreen
