Can you watch Sky Go on mobile if your Sky Q box is switched off?

I am moving house, but into a short term rental for two weeks until my new house is ready.  My sky Q box will be unplugged for this time, but can i still watch Sky through Sky Go on my laptop?

You can stream Sky content from the internet but not access any content on your Q box.

I have a date for my house move but Sky Q and broadband are not connected yet.  There is no internet at the new house can I run my Sky Go on my laptop via my mobile internet?
