Can you download recorded TV programmes from Sky Q to sky go on iPhone

Hi I want to watch some TV shows I have recorded on my Q box on my iPhone..

I have multi screen. I can see how to download all the films I have recorded, but I can't work out how to download any tv programmes to watch later without Wi-Fi.

Is this actually possible please?

@newuser55 are the TV shows recorded on your Q box ? if they are what channels were they recorded from ?

Hi, @Laing1  yes they are recorded on The Sky Q Box. The ones I was looking to download were recorded on BBC

@newuser55 ahh right that explains it the BBC dont allow Sky to let you download recordings from the Q box the BBC want you to use the BBC Iplayer instead afraid nothing Sky or anyone can do about that.

@newuser55 no its not all terrestrial channels I have a mix on my Q box and ITV ch4 and ch5 will all download to my phone the I had to go into each recording and if it downloads it will say download to phone

@Laing1 thanks once more, I experimented today downloading from various channels and as you say just BBC  (and purchased movies) won't download
