I have sky sports subscription but no sky sports channels will work on sky go?

I added Sky Sports Ryder Cup yesterday. It is on my TV and my own phone SkyGo, However when my son tries to access the Golf, he is being asked to upgrade to watch it. I have SkyQ multiroom.
I have deleted my own SkyGo from my phone, so only one TV and one phone is trying to watch it. The same mobile phone can watch other Sky channels. It seems to be affecting his phone for Sky Sports access only. He has deleted the App and then added it again. He has signed out and back in. = that is no problem. It is the access to the Sports Golf.
