Can't watch recordings on sky go since my contact remewed.
Hi since my contact remewed I am unable too watch recordings on the sky go app while at home. I've tried deleting the app. Restarting all the boxes etc. Have been on messenger too sky since june with no help at all. Any other sudgestions thanks

Do you still have multiscreen on your account so you have made no changes to your package when renewing ?
