More details are required as posting in the title doesn't tell us much so I presume you have a Sky Q box for starters and if so can use see your recordings and if not do you have a multiscreen sub ?

I can't either, sky is pretty poor, expecting its customers to sort its customers problems.   So poor, and so expensive.
