Can anyone help? I can't seem to watch or download any of my purchased movies on any of my devices. I have the Skygo app and programmes and movies play ok on that. When I go to the sky store app and try and play from there it says I have reached my device limit. I only have two devices, my iPhone and my sons Xbox console - I thought skygo permitted more devices than that? Regardless, I have confirmed my iPhone is one of the listed devices and it still won't play/download my purchased movies.
I've called sky and they aren't very helpful. They said it should work.

Ah Yes. I see from your link. I had 4 devices so removed them. I started to play the move I purchased from sky store and it worked. I knew it was something simple. Thanks very much.
