Can’t watch downloaded videos - error connecting to app
HELP. Cannot watch downloaded videos. Getting error saying unable to connect to app. WHY? OK on my iPhone. Have tried everything.

So to be clear you have downloaded something to the Sky Go app and when you go to watch it you get this error about not being able to connect to the app ?
If this is correct Havr you made sure the device had an internet connection turned on ?

Sorry for delay in replying. Yes, I had a good connection. In the end I had to delete the app and reload. So, lost the downloads anyway.
