I have a flight coming up and downloaded a few episodes on the Lazurus poroject to watch via SkyGo on my iPad
To make sure everyhting was woking I turned off my internet connection and tried to wacth what I'd downloaded.
I go this message; "Sorry Something Went Wrong. To enjoy this service you need an active internet connection. Please check your setting and try again."
There seems little point in downloading content if I need to be online to watch it!
I've tried rebooting, reinstalling the app and all the obvious fixes.
