Can’t watch Sky programmes on iPad Sky Go, but can on Glass

Over the last 3 to 4 weeks I can't watch Sky programmes via Sky Go on my iPad.

I spoke to a Sky adviser a couple of weeks ago who said there were some issues with Sky & Apple, but would be fixed in a couple of weeks.

That time is passed & I still can't watch Sky programmes via Sky Go.

 

Any news about this and possible time frame for a resolution.

Look forward to any help.

A VPN is known to cause this message to pop up so if you are running one it will need disabling when using Sky Go.

What you were told is a load of nonsense I'm afraid as there are no such problems.

 

What is happening when you use the Sky Go app on your iPad ?

Thank you for your reply.

 

I contacted Sky & they said no issue with iPad & Sky Go.

As it happened, Í just needed to download latest version of the app.  I didn't even consider that, which is strange because I do install a new version of other apps that don't work too well. Doh!!

Hello,

I'm having similar issues with watching programmes on my iPad.  The text box is telling me that I need to authorise my device and asks me to check my internet signal.

How do I authorise my iPad to continue watching my programmes?
Any help is welcome.
