Can’t setup remote recording to Sky Q box from Spain to UK

I am trying to use Sky Go to setup a recording to my Sky Q in the UK whilst away in Spain. I get a meassage that "Something went wrong, record request not sent". I am logged in and have closed and re-opened the app, but have not tried any other solutions. The same thing happens whether I use my iPhoen or iPad.

Any suggestions?

Are you based in Wales as there have been other reports from people who live there who have had the very same issue.

So this problem does seem to be isolated to some customers based in Wales - i.e. our Sky home addresses being  in Wales. Some of us are  having errors when at home, out and about or abroad - but it should still work for SkyGo Extra customers.

How is this esculated within Sky to resolve - or isn't Sky bothered about their Wales based customers?

Thank you for all the replies. Sadly the suggested email address comes up as invalid. The only contact seems to be my phone. I am going to leave this until I get home and if I get some resolution I will post on here for any future reference.

As promised my conclusion. It was nothing to do with living in Wales in terms of Sky. It was more straightforward. A massive electricity cut in the area. I had to re-set my Sky devices from scratch. Now all working!
