Can’t see any bills, statements or my products in my app when signed in

I can't see any bills, statements or products in my app when signed in. All bills have zero and when I first sign in it says "sorry you are leaving us" but I'm not 🤣 can anyone help please?

Have you been a Sky customer in the past @Sheila346 who left and has returned after being away for 12 months or more ?
