Can’t play sky go on laptop due to software capable of capturing video

Can't use laptop for sky go due to "software installed capable of capturing video"

error code FFE 9903-IH. Can't find any such software but I'm not a computer expert

@IAC1 

You need to close any program that is running that can capture video, sound or pictures. 

 

Once such program that can cause issues is the Windows snipping tool so if you have this open then close it.
