Can't play recordings on sky go on laptop
When I try to play a recording from the sky go app on my laptop, I get the message below:
As a tech numpty, I have no idea what this means - please can anyone help?

If you are running a program that can capture sound, video and pictures it will need closing, one such programs that can cause this issue and might be running is the Windows snipping tool.

And on recent versions of Windows the Snipping Tool can be inadvertently activated by hitting the 'Print Screen' key.
