Why can’t I manage SkyQ recordings/planner on SkyGo like I did with Sky+
I've seen instructions for doing it (googled) but I just don't seem to have access.
The box is linked Ok and everything else seems to be in order but there's just no button or link to my SkyQ planner of recordings and schedule.

You should be able to see your recordings from the main menu page from where the other options like catchup are. If you don't see this do you have a multiscreen sub on your account ?

There's nothing in the icons alongside catchup etc. No, I don't have multi screen option because I don't need it. Presumably that's an extra you have to pay for?
