Hello I'm trying to log into my sky go account I can't log in as I've just taken out sky q that they are installing on the 27 3 weeks form now but it said I can use sky go but I have no reference number to log in ?

Have you setup a Sky ID to login to the app with, is this what you are trying to do ?
