Can’t log in on new computer to sky go app

Sky go app loads (I think) when I try to log in asks for user name and password but as soon as I enter details page just disappears from screen ?? Fix anyone

After loahging in it should then load the app up so if it isn't doing this have you tried rebooting your computer ?
