Can’t link mobile to PlayStation

I've had sky on my phone for a while and I just found out it's on PS4. I downloaded it on my PS and figured I try to link the account. Unfortunately, I found out too late that I'm supposed to link it through my phone first before you start playing. How can I undo it?

All you should need to do is to login to the Sky app on your console with the same details your used with your phone.
