Can’t get sky tv on app

Sky app downloaded on phone but cannot access tv

To watch TV you need the Sky Go app.

'My Sky' is a different app, which is mostly for account administration, access to VIP rewards and settings for the Sky Broadband Max Hub.

 

As indicated above, the app for television streaming is Sky Go.
