Can’t get sky go threw my x box

Please can you help me get sky tv threw  my x box ,I never usually have this issue

Do you have Multiscreen, Whole Home or Sky Go Extra as per that message ?

I have a full subscription,my I phone works no problem but since last Thursday I was asked to sign in to sky go on the same x box and when I did it said I needed sky q multi screen,sky go extra or sky glass ... 

why all of a sudden has this changed?

You have always needed on of those, Multiscreen etc but the previous version of the app was letting those without them access when this should not have happened.

 

So I will ask again, which one do you have:

 

Sky Go Extra, Multiscreen or the Whole Home package ?

Like I said I have a full package sky q  and have had no issues in the last god knows how many years with SKY GO and my other devices still work without being asked to upgrade to multi room,sky go extra etc .

You don't need Sky Go Extra for your other devices but have always needed it for your console but due to an issue with the app it was letting you use it without the correct package (Sky Go Extra) in place.

'other devices' (phones, tablets and computers) have a different requirement to consoles: this appears to be something that the new app release for Xbox / Playstation (and Apple TV) is enforcing far more strictly than before.
