When I go into Sky sports app on my phone I see a lock and n the screen and I can't view anything. Why is this please? Are the apps still included in Sky sports full package?

They are yes. Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID so have you left Sky in the past and returned after being away for a year or more ?

I did have a period where I didn't use them but a fortnight ago they eorked
