Can't get BT Sports on Skygo, but can watch it thru the sky q box!!

We've just recently changed from  a stand alone BT Sports app to a new Q box with BT Sports subscription thru Sky. All well and good BUT I cant get BT Sports on the Skygo app? I've uninstalled it and reloaded it on my Samsung A12, but it still won't work?

To confirm @barry+shine you do pay Sky and not BT themselves for access to the BT Sports package ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

After speaking with barry+shine we checked the account which confirmed their BT Sport subscription with Sky isn't active yet and this is why they are unable to view on Sky Go.
