Can’t find my sky pin or viewing card

I was watching something on Sky went back to catch up on episodes and it's asking fur a pin. I haven't hit a pin, never had one and can't find a way to continue watching the night of !

help this is really annoying 😡

If the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset or set up here:
