Can't activate Apple TV 6 month free trial

I followed the instructions on the My Sky App in Giveaways for a 6 month trial for Apple TV, it tells you to follow a link, which I did. I clicked on "Redeem Now" and I get a white screen, with Apple TV written on it, the wheel whirrs for a bit and then a message reading "One moment while we look up your offer details" comes up, and it hangs there, nothing happens for several minutes. I have cancelled and retried, I have closed down the app and restarted it, none of these work, anyone have any ideas?

Same here/ its as if they offer it but dont want you to have it, i give up with sky
