Can't access the offer for Apple TV

I've been trying to access the reward for Apple TV but i just get "Unable to generate URL" when I click on the link.

This does happen in iphones so if you have private relay turned on then try disabling that or try this:

1 - update the iPhone if there is an update available
2 - uninstal the MySky app and delete all data associated with the app
3 - restart your iPhone
4 - re-install the MySky app and select allow data operations on install
5 - log in with your Sky ID and give it another go.
