I can't log into my Sky Go Desktop app on my laptop. I uninstalled and reinstalled - so go to log in but i cannot get past the verification page where you enter the letters across a black/white background.
Once you click 'submit' nothing happens and the 'submit' and 'cancel' boxes are greyed out so i am just stuck here.
I have restarted laptop/uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but i am stuck at this point.
Any help welcome!!!!

Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow.
Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

Thanks for the advice. I have done all of the below, and i am still getting the same issue. Do i need to speak directly with Sky about this you think?
Seems a bit of a joke to me...

I don't know how long they will take to reply but you could always contact the apps team about this very this email address - apps@sky.uk

yes i rebooted before downloading the app again
very frustrating....
