All of a sudden, can't connect to Sky Q Box from IPad. If I try to watch a program on my IPad, I get an error message 'Your sky content cannot currently be viewed in this country ' I'm in the UK! Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still does not work. Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry rebooting your broadband router so it gets a new IP address, leave it off for 10 minutes before powering it back up, then wait a few minutes before trying again to use the Sky Go app on your iPad.

If you have a VPN, try turning it off.

I kept having this problem. I eventually solved it. I switched off the connect to Sky Q in settings. Then I re-booted the iPad and switched it back on. Worked straight away.

The turn off the sky go to sky q option and reboot iPad worked. Thank you
