Can's see recordings on Sky Go

Until recently I was able to connect to my Sky  Q box via Sky go and see my recorings to play them back on my Computer (windows). However, now I no longer have the recording button appear on the sky go windows app. I can still set the box to make recordings from the app I just can't access whats been recorded on sky go.

 

Both the app and the q box are set to connect to each other through their respective settings. I have restarted the Q box, restarted my router and reinstalled the Sky Go app on my laptop. I have a current and upto date multiroom subscription, but whatever I try (from previous suggestions on this forum) nothing seems to make the recordings option available on the App.

 

Any help would be appreciated,

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Thanks, spoke to a super helpful Sky employee who is called Carl. We worked out it was my antivirus that wast causing the issue (Avast). All solved now
