I can play the football etc on one pad through sky go app, but my other iPad although having the sky go app loaded, when I try to play anything it says the the device is not authorised and needs to be connected to the internet, but it is connected to the internet. Also when I press the remote icon on the app (top right corner), it says that the sky q box cannot b found. Any suggestions?

That error message is usually caused by using a VPN so if you are using one on this iPad then it will need to be disabled.

Thanks for your answer. The VPN is enabled through BT and applies to both iPads which is weird why one works and the other doesn't.
