Can not launch Sky Go on macbook pro M3 sonoma 14.5

Hi,

I still can not open sky go on my macbook M3 with sonoma 14.5 although I saw posting by Daniel F on 12 Aug 2024 that the problem has been resolved. I followed the instruction to uninstall and re-install but still no joy.

I wonder if anyone managed to solve their problem with this fix.

I have followed every step numerous times, i've rebooted my router, cleared the cache , restarted etc etc .. nothings worked 🥴 deleted , rebooted my mac etc. opened in roseta etc .. but no, nothing has worked and i njust get code 001 try againn please, click on the try again and that doesnt even refresh 🤔 

please help, but im not being rude, dont just send the same list to do with the follow every step etc as I HAVE ... what feels like 100's of times, well maybe 10 times ..
