Can not get sky sports on my mobile devices

Hi can't get sky sports on my mobile devices any more for some reason but can get sky programs can you help please

Hi @Mylesfurlong 

Bear in mind that you cannot view UHD Sports channels on mobile devices.

If this is the issue check the 800's for the HD channel
