I tried to access this yesterday and, despite using the correct login credentials, just got a generic 'there has been an error' message. I do not have too many other devices accessing my account.
I wonder if my subscription is not allowing this - I have Sky Q, with multiroom, but think this is not sufficient (I read I need a multi screen package which I assume is different to this). It is a pity the error message is not more specific, and that it is so difficult to actually ask this question to a real person at Sky.

When do you see that error message, is it when you try to watch something ?

Hi, thanks for clarifying. The message comes up at the first point of logging in - which I tried to do after downloading the app on to my Apple TV.
thanks for helping!

Yes! Is that an issue?
