CANT WATCH SKYGO ON MY LAPTOP ANYMORE - ERROR CODE 1304

Latest skygo app installed.  Skygo opens and I can see what I need to watch.  When I select a program and click PLAY I get this message

 

Sky go is currently unavailable. Please try again later (1304)

 

Ive had this for 2 weeks now

Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?


If so make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email


Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.
