Shouldn't take that long for the Multiscreen package to show on your account .

 

Assume you ordered the monthly Multiscreen subscription and not just a mini box?

Hi again, so the multi screen is now set up, but still cannot access bt sport through sky go. Says I need to upgrade my subscription. Any ideas now what to try next.

Give Sky a call as they will need to look into this for you.

 

150 is the number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
