Brought Sky Cinema. Works on my Sky Q box, but not on Sky Go. All other packages work

After adding Sky Cinema to my package, I can watch on my Sky Q box, but I tend to use Sky Go on my Apple TV device to watch movies. I have a multiroom subscription and everything else works (Sky SPorts etc), but Sky Cinema keeps asking me to upgrade my subscription. I have reinstalled the app.I have updated the Sky Q box software, but nothing works.

Help.

I added at 14:15 GMT on Sunday 19th Jan

There  is an ongoing fault with this as there are others who are reporting the same issue. Sky are investigating.
