I am now having the exact same issue on my iPad. So frustrating as I work from home and my work room doesn't have a tv so I use my iPad to have sky on in the background. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm also having the same issue - cannot watch sky go via iPad nor can I download anything. Is there a resolution? If not, can you create a resolution as soon as.

Hi. I'm unable to open the Sky Go app on my i phone; it was previously fine on my Samsung phone. Whenever I enter the e mail address and password, a grey box appears with the words 'Sorry something went wrong. Because of a technical issue you cannot watch this channel. Try again later'.
Despite having tried again many times over a month, the issue is never resolved. Please help. Many thanks.

I've been having this now for sometime. It's shockingly bad service. especially with the price of sky tv!

Sky keep trying to ring me in the day time while I'm working. They try 2 days on the run then give up. I don't have time to sit on hold when I've finished work but my issue is still the exact same. Still getting the error message and the only way I can get round it is to record what I want to watch then watch it that way 🙄

i am having the exact same problem. have been onto 2 Sky phone assistants who both cut me off. Appalling service, and no one seems to have an answer, least of all Sky !!
